Effect of wind vibration on acsr splicing sleeve

2021-12-13 17:32
When the splicing sleeve is used, there are often phenomena such as heating, corrosion and wear.

When the splicing sleeve is used, there are often phenomena such as heating, corrosion and wear. The transmission line will fall down the tower and break the line due to the connection damage. The aluminum conductor steel reinforced with special material is mostly used in the transmission line, and the steel cored aluminum strand after hydraulic connection is prone to fatigue source due to different plastic deformation of the material, which greatly reduces the service life of the connecting pipe and is prone to accidents in the next operation process.

In order to prolong the wind-induced fatigue life of saluminum conductor steel reinforced splicing sleeve, the wind-induced fatigue test of splicing pipe is carried out with 240 / 30 aluminum conductor steel reinforced splicing sleeve as the research object, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent wind-induced fatigue response research of acsr conductor splicing pipe. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:

(1) In the vibration fatigue response test of acsr splicing pipe, the amplitude and strain at the clamp outlet and the splicing sleeves have a data consistency of more than 80%;

(2) When the number of load cycles increases, the strain of the nozzle strand increases from 5 million times to 25 million times, and the effective value of the strain increases from 468.2 με Increased to 1218.3 με, When the strain of the connecting pipe body increases from 5 million times to 25 million times, the strain of the strand at the nozzle continues to be 2 ~ 3 times that of the pipe body;

(3) According to the results of SEM scanning, when the strand at the nozzle of the connecting pipe breaks gradually, the phenomena of fracture source fiber area and shear lip will appear successively, and the final fracture of the strand belongs to ductile fracture.
