Inspection of equipment for overhead insulated cable before construction

1. Appearance inspection of overhead insulated conductor

The medium voltage overhead insulated cable must comply with the standard, and the low voltage overhead insulated cable must comply with the standard. Before installing the conductor, conduct visual inspection and meet the following requirements:

a. The conductor is tightly pressed without corrosion;

b. Sealing measures shall be taken at the ends of insulated wires;

c. The insulating layer is tightly extruded, the surface is flat and smooth, the color is uniform, and there are no sharp corners, particles and burning marks.

2. Appearance inspection of fittings and insulating parts

Before installing fittings, visual inspection shall be carried out and meet the following requirements:

a. The surface shall be smooth and free from cracks, burrs, flash, sand holes, bubbles and other defects;

b. The clamp rotates flexibly, the surface in contact with the conductor is smooth, and the screw and nut fit closely and properly;

c. The galvanizing shall be good without peeling and corrosion.

The insulating pipe and insulating tape shall have flat surface and uniform color. The insulating support and insulating shield shall be uniform in color, flat and smooth, free of cracks, burrs and sharp edges, and tightly closed.

3. Appearance inspection of insulator

Visual inspection shall be conducted before insulator installation, and the following requirements shall be met:

a. Porcelain insulator and iron insulator are closely combined;

b. The iron insulator is well galvanized, and the screw and nut fit closely;

c. The porcelain insulator shaft shall be smooth without defects such as crack, lack of glaze, spot, burn mark and bubble.

4. Appearance inspection of reinforced concrete pole

Prestressed reinforced concrete poles shall comply with gb4623. Before installing the reinforced concrete pole, the appearance shall be inspected and meet the following requirements:

a. The surface is smooth and flat, the wall thickness is uniform, and there is no eccentricity, exposed reinforcement, slurry running, honeycomb and other phenomena;

b. Prestressed concrete poles and components shall be free of longitudinal and transverse cracks;

c. Ordinary reinforced concrete poles and slender prefabricated members shall not have longitudinal cracks, the width of transverse cracks shall not exceed 0.1mm, and the length shall not exceed 1 / 3 of the circumference;

d. The bending of the rod body shall not exceed 2 / 1000.

5. Appearance inspection of electrical equipment

Electrical equipment must comply with corresponding product standards and product use requirements. Visual inspection shall be conducted before installing electrical equipment, and the following requirements shall be met:

a. Neat appearance, clean inside and outside without sundries;

b. The operating mechanism is flexible without clamping;

c. The on-off action shall be fast, accurate and reliable;

d. Accurate and reliable on-off of auxiliary contacts;

e. The transformation ratio, wiring and polarity of instrument and transformer are correct;

f. The fastening nut is tightened, and the components are installed correctly, firmly and reliably;

g. The bus and circuit are well connected and sheathed with insulating tubes;

h. The setting of protective elements is correct;

j. The attached components and accessories are complete.
