Suspension Clamp

Suspendsion clamps often have stereotyped products, and now retain the U-bolt style (usually called boat-shaped clamp), which is composed of pylon U-shaped bolts, malleable cast iron clamp hull, and pressure plate. The other is the pre-twisted suspension clamp. Suspension clamps are used to fix the wire on the insulator string of the straight pole tower, or to avoid it on the straight pole tower, and can also be used to support the transposition wire on the transposition pole and fix the tension corner tower jumper.

Suspension clamps include pylons, U-shaped screws and hull. This kind of suspension wire is clamped to the wire, and the lightning protection wire can be used. It can withstand the installation load of the conductor in the vertical span, and does not allow the clamp to slide or detach from the insulator string when the line is in normal operation and disconnection. The pole tower using this clamp has a large bearing pressure.
